The British Embassy made possible the amazing experiences I recently had in Santiago, Chile. In addition, I had the privilege of meeting the team and members of Fundación Tremendas, whose efforts to promote women's equality and outstanding accomplishments have left a lasting impression on me.
A trip to Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile was also planned, and it was an incredible opportunity to meet Loïk Gence, the professor who orchestrated the university becoming the first institution in South America to have a state-of-the-art cleanroom facility.
